If you have not yet read our Affiliate agreement, here it is

If you are already registered as an artist, please don’t use this form. Instead log in, click on Login Manager, then, from your dashboard menu (bottom left), you must click on “Become an affiliate”. The process will be much faster because we have already your information and that will avoid creating a ghost account.
