The experience of flow is something that many artists and creative individuals are familiar with. It’s a state where you feel as though you’re in the zone and creating something incredible, yet you don’t feel like you’re actively controlling the process. It’s almost like you’re plugged into something greater than yourself, and this experience can give you a tremendous sense of meaning and purpose. When you come out of this state, you feel elevated, and something within you has changed. This is the state of co-creation, where you become a channel for the creative intelligence of existence to flow through you. You’re not fighting against desire but instead are in tune with the desire of existence for you. This is what we call dharma – spontaneous right action co-creating with existence. In this state, you’re an instrument in the hands of the greater intelligence, being informed by spirit rather than interfering with your greatest gift to your own destruction. That’s a beautiful way of expressing it, and I hope everyone listening can take something profound from it. Making that switch in your point of view can solve so many problems in your life. Throughout the Vedas and yogic philosophies, the concept of vibration is brought up, and it’s also a major element of discussion in quantum physics. Even though objects like the chair you’re sitting on may not appear to be vibrating, everything is a vibration from the yogic perspective.

The whole universe is a dance, a dance of the divine, a dance of Shiva and Shakti giving primordial energy. Similarly, string theory speaks of vibrations within atoms and electrons.

There are certainly parallels between our vibrations and the vibrations discussed by quantum physicists, and exploring these parallels can lead to a deeper understanding of the nature of reality.

It sounds like you are describing the concept of vibration and how it relates to the fundamental nature of reality. According to the string theory, all particles are points on strings, and the fundamental nature of reality is energy rather than particles. This energy is described as the pulsations of Shakti in the tantric tradition and the base vibration in the Patanjali Yoga Sutra.

In yogic practices, sound plays a crucial role in shifting vibrations, which can lead to changes in one’s emotional, mental, and physical state. By working with the vibrations of the chakras, one can change their experience of reality. These changes are verifiable through personal observation and can be considered a form of science.

It is important to note that everything in the universe is an event, including our thoughts and emotions, which are vibrations in our field of consciousness. By working with these vibrations, we can shift our experience of reality and find inspiration in our lives.

Moving from a state of isolation, which is an imbalance with the chakra system, involves addressing the root chakra’s fear of isolation and bringing Shakti up to the third eye through kriya. The alga Tetra represents unity, which is often synonymous with love. However, it’s important to understand that our tradition is not focused on reaching a particular goal, such as enlightenment. Rather, we strive for evolution in yoga, which is better described as living enlightenment. This concept acknowledges that there isn’t a single endpoint or waiting room to reach, as if seeking a salary raise or soulmate. Rather, living enlightenment is an ever-unfolding awareness that moves from unity to unity and from love to love. As we evolve, we are not moving from lack but from wholeness to wholeness.

Our universe provides an excellent example of this from our limited perspective. We observe an infinite universe that is also expanding, a great conundrum that boggles the mind. However, as within, so without, and just as the universe is infinite and expanding, we too can experience infinite evolution. The ultimate wholeness is not achieved by moving from lack to abundance, but by moving from wholeness to wholeness, from love to love. This is the meaning of life. We are not living to reach some distant nirvana, as heaven is already here within us. Everything we need is within our consciousness. It is essential to let go of the attachment to suffering and embrace our awareness to step into greater levels of consciousness. The Trinity of Yoga consists of the state of yoga, the practice of yoga, and the experience of yoga. It is crucial to note that the term “yoga” is not limited to just physical poses like Downward Dog.

In a romantic relationship, finding your soulmate is not the end, but just the beginning of the journey. Love is not a destination, but a part of the journey. It’s important to keep evolving and growing together. Similarly, when it comes to enlightenment, it’s easy to get caught up in the idea of chasing after mystical powers and experiences like levitation and manifestation. While these abilities may seem like traps of the ego, there is still something to be learned from them.

In Autobiography of a Yogi, there is a discussion about the concept of quantum physics and how yogis who have reached a certain level of awareness can manipulate the world around them in ways that seem magical to others. It’s like seeing the code in the Matrix and being able to manipulate it because of your heightened awareness. It’s similar to how animals may see things differently than humans. For example, a flashlight may seem like magic to an animal that doesn’t comprehend the power of light, but to humans, it’s just a tool. Similarly, when we have a heightened awareness and understanding of the world, we can do things that seem like magic to others but are just a part of our expanded awareness.

Yes, a miracle is ultimately just the distance between what you currently know and what you have yet to learn. It’s simply knowledge that has not been gained yet. In the spiritual tradition, the word used for this is “siddhi.” Siddhi is said to come from “sadhana,” which means spiritual practice or tuning, like tuning an instrument. As you tune your instrument through sadhana, you start to see things more clearly and become more attuned to your surroundings. Just like when someone speaks a language you don’t know, it seems like a miracle, but as you become more familiar with it, it becomes more natural. This level of attunement makes things that were once miraculous, simply a part of everyday life.

Watching a master musician play an instrument can seem magical to us, as we admire their skill and wish we could play at their level. But to them, it’s just another level of practice. This is where the concept of genius comes in – the ability to express something complex with elegant simplicity, without appearing to exert effort. When we observe a genius at work, we see an absence of effort, a sense of effortlessness. This is the mark of a true master, plugged into a deeper level of creativity and expression. The cities that are spoken of in spiritual traditions are a result of this level of attunement, and when masters demonstrate them, it’s to show us what’s possible, not to encourage us to chase after them. Ultimately, there is only one miracle – the miracle of existence – and it’s happening all around us, all the time, and I am excited to share it with you!
